Bathrooms

Bathroom renovations

New layouts, added bathrooms and upgrades, built with attention to the structure beneath.

Overview

Details that make a bathroom work

A bathroom renovation touches plumbing, waterproofing, ventilation and often the floor framing. We handle the drawings and permits and coordinate the trades, keeping Building Code requirements in view from the start.

What we do

From layout to finishing touches

Moving a toilet or adding a bathroom means new plumbing runs and sometimes reinforced framing. We plan these early so the build goes smoothly.

Our guide to toilet-room requirements in the Ontario Building Code explains the clearances we design to.

  • New layouts and added bathrooms
  • Floor framing and plumbing coordination
  • Tile, glass, vanities and fixtures
  • Permit drawings where required
